I wanted so badly to like this book bc my husband is a big Bradbury fan, but I just couldn‘t do it. The writing is clever and so descriptive, it‘s fun to read. But the fantastical plot just couldn‘t keep me engaged. Still, I made it over halfway so I‘m counting this for #popsugar18 #abookaboutorsetonhalloween 🎃

A very creepy October round of books I picked up today from the library 👻 thinking about reading the tagged book for #popsugar18 #abookaboutorsetonhalloween 🎃 but NOT looking forward to it... alternative suggestions welcome!!!

And what a great listen it was....
Hugh Fraser (aka Hastings, even though he does not feature in this story) - is just the most delightful narrator.... I found myself smiling throughout.... Poirot‘s pomposity and Ariadne‘s sharp tongue are a lot of fun...

DGRachel I didn‘t realize he was the actor who played Hastings!!!! He‘s my favorite Agatha Christie narrator of the 5 I‘ve heard. So good! 7y
