4/5 ⭐️ Sweet story during Hanukkah with a cat and dog who help to make the holiday special 🕎 🥔🍎
And I made latkes with applesauce last night!! They were absolutely delicious and brought back wonderful memories of my gram making potato pancakes 🥰

But I make a good Kugel 👩🏻🍳
In 2022, Hanukkah begins at sundown on Sunday, December 18, and continues through Monday, December 26. The first candle is lit on the Chanukiah (menorah) on the first night of Hanukkah. 🕎

4 ⭐ This was a wonderful story. Where I live, we do not get Jewish stories very often, so I am always excited to learn something new. This story is sweet and hopeful with wonderful illustrations. It is a fun read weather you celebrate Hanukkah or not.
Sweet story of traditions being inherited from one generation to the next. #BBRC letter A @LibrarianRyan

Kids like this book and it‘s a wonderful way to explain Hanukkah 💙
Yesterday at work, I had the pleasure of a quiet moment spent reading this nonsense book. I became quite enamored with this spread.
I want the award this wonderful woman is wearing: “First, Last, & Always Prize.”
Ha! “Scared the applesauce” Ha! Ha! Ha! #applesauce #abbiwaxman
