The brilliant Ann Patchett was born in #December1963, and we start Commonwealth in the 1960s. It fell a bit flat for me, and wasn‘t my favourite Patchett.

BookNAround I did not love this one either. I wondered if the impulse to sprinkle autobiographical stuff in weakened the story. 5y

Well. See. I had an appointment at the Social Security office this morning for some business. I can‘t help that the Half Price Book Store is right next to the SS office.
