pickI have read all of Rhys Bowen‘s series, and I‘m slowly reading all of the Molly Murphy books as they become available. Though I see others didn‘t like this one because Daniel is such a chauvinist, I find that realistic and smart - it gives Molly long term challenges to overcome in the future books (I‘ve read #15, so I know there are more). I liked the Houdini, spies, counterfeiters mystery lines! #mystery #library #ebook

This story is about Dashiel Woolf (Dash) an 11 year old boy who was sent back in time (to 1926) through Joseph Bloom's magic trick which has gone terribly wrong. He sought the help of another 11 years old boy named Walter Gibson in helping him to return to year 2011.

so-soI felt #ambivalent and conflicted about this book. But overall, it was an #intriguing and #whimsical novel. If you're the reader who likes a lot of descriptions and don't mind the slow pace, you'd enjoy this book a lot more.
