Texreader I loved DS9 when we watched it the first time it aired. It was my 2nd fave series after TNG in the Star Trek family. I wish I had the time to watch all the series again. So good. 5y

tournevis The best DS9 episode imo. Others come close, other ST episodes are great (Balance if Terror, comes to mind) but this one is epic! 5y

In the Pale Moonlight | Sunny Moraine

As with @tournevis and @RamsFan1963 , this is my all-time favorite Star Trek episode period. Beautiful acting and really shows how far Sisko will go to protect the Federation. Just perfect.

If you knew, I underwent an esophageal dilation this morning. I pretty much just woke up from a loooong nap, so I don‘t have a great book to pair with this. I am doing fine though. 👍🏻😁 #StarTrekSummerJune #InThePaleMoonlight

Megabooks @KathyWheeler Oh, and my procedure was short, I just fell deep asleep from the anesthesia when I got home. The surprise from my other scopes is that I have to be on a soft diet and off caffeine for 36 hours. Just FYI. I‘m not sure what your daughter‘s doc will say. 5y

Megabooks @KathyWheeler I was a lot like her at 25. I only wanted my parents when I Needed them. (Capital N) I became much closer to them in my 30s, and I hope that‘s the case for you. Also the cause of the best known DS9 meme ever. In my house, someone says “IT'S A FAKE!!!“ at least twice a month. Twice yesterday, in fact.

In the Pale Moonlight is a song by Nat Clifford, sung by Vesta Tilley, who performed on Ziegfeld Follies in the 1910s. #startreksummerjune

Dance with the Devil | Kirk Douglas

Iconic line from the 80s version of Batman. I never cared for the changing of Batman's story to make Jack Napier (aka The Joker) the murderer of Bruce's parents.

This episode is all about dancing with the devil, as Sisko does some truly disturbing things to aid the Federation in the Dominion War. It's the best Star Trek episode of any series IMHO.
