Pickpick

Good read. I enjoyed Brunetti. A good pick for while you're waiting for the next #Gamache book. I love a good mystery #series so I'll be trying the next one!

I suppose if this book is anything like Phantom of the Opera (a book I have read too many times) the love would be a mysterious person you know next to nothing about. #mysteriouslove #17booklove

Mariposa_Bookworm The cover is gorgeous! I want to read it! 7y
LibrarianRyan @Mariposa_Bookworm I started it. I don't know if it was the red print or what I was doing at the time but I put it aside. I'll get back to it later. 7y
Mariposa_Bookworm @LibrarianRyan I had the same sort of issue with Heartless by Marissa Meyer. I loved the cover, but it is taking me FOREVER to finish. 7y
LibrarianRyan @Mariposa_Bookworm heartless is worth it. It was a slow starter for sure. I don't think it picked up til over 1/2 way through. 7y
ChandaReadsBooksBlog @Mariposa_Bookworm I agree about Heartless. It's character development heavy in the first half, but gets so much better. 7y

I'm assuming #MysteriousLove refers to a love of mysteries, so I have to admit that I have more than a slight obsession with Mary Higgins Clark books. #17BookLove

The String Diaries is an amazing book. A family line is being stalked by a centuries old monster who can take any identity. How do you know who to trust, when anyone could be them?

CocoReads That sounds really good. Added to stack. 7y
Bookworm54 @CocoReads I loved it! Haven't read the next one yet, but it was sooooo good! 7y

For #mysteriouslove #17booklove #day13 William Monk and Heater Latterly of the Anne Perry mysteries get my vote. I don't have the physical books anyone but I like the cover of this French edition I found online. @jess.how

#17booklove Day 13 - #mysteriouslove

I don't read a lot of mysteries, so this was the first thing that came to mind. I thought the series started and ended strong. The middle book was ok.

Not a huge mystery person, but I teach this great murder mystery with my 5th graders. We compile dossiers on the suspects, and part of the fun is getting to know all of the great characters. #17booklove @jess.how #mysteriouslove

howjessicareads So fun!! I missed this one as a kid somehow. But I read it about 10 years ago, and really liked it. 🙂 7y
