TBR picks for #24in48 readathon..
TBR picks for #24in48 readathon..
Finally, managed to finish the series. The last two books were boring and dragged a lot but helped me get out an year long reading slump.. struggling to pick the next book as brain is still stuck in the GOT world..
Slept off with the timer running,, so it should be 22 hrs to be exact.. Have few more hours for the readathon to end but it‘s Monday here and I have to hustle and get ready for work ..
About 400 pages and 10hours of audiobook, read a lot more than what I have been able to in the past few months ..
As always, #24in48readathon helped me with my slump and it was fun to read with the fellow bookworms ..
Done with Book 3 of #HalfReadBooks.. 19hrs into the readathon..
“I imagine all wars look the same to those who die in the.”
Fast paced, action packed, perfect for a quick read.. Maybe I‘ve come to expect more out of Leigh Bardugo but I felt that this book could have been so much better..
Book 2 of #HalfReadBooks done!!
“ I am in trouble here. This woman is not right.”
Gruesome tale,, narrated amazingly as always by Stephen King.. His writing always keeps me hooked and this book was no different.. past paced, perfect for the readathon ..
Done with the first #HalfReadBooks...
“Reading good books ruins you for enjoying bad books”
This book has been a delight to read.. Narrated through a series of letters, It was perfect for the reader in me.. All the characters were realistic and adorable.. By the end, I felt like I knew them all.. Loved how books brought them together and helped them survive during their difficult times..
#TBR stack?? How about #HalfReadBooks stack??
I have been on a major slump this year,, starting books and leaving them half read.. So this time, I‘ll be aiming to finish as many half read books as I can during the readathon.
An hour and 40 min done already.. Happy reading everyone !!!
This two books reminds me of childhood, I would practically inhale any book by Enid Blyton. Secret Seven was on of my favorite series by her. And to this day I can remember my English teacher narrating Oliver Twist.
This was the last book I read in 2017.
Amazing read, fast paced, thrilling, had me biting my nails, sitting at the edge of my seat waiting to find out what happens next.
I would have preferred the ending to be different and some answers for the whole lot of questions I had. But, overall it was a great read.
I'm absolutely loving this book, few more pages to finish the first book of the year.. perfectly spooky and fast paced..
Happy New Year, Littens!!!
Wish you all an amazing year filled with books!!
I finished reading 31/50 books in 2017, most of them were amazing reads, so not complaining..

I have been obsessed with SOC series. I'm working this weekend but will definitely be reading this in between..
Bookmail!! I've become Leigh Bardugo's fan after reading Six of Crows.. cannot wait to read these two as soon as I can.. Also got this beautiful editon of Anne.
I needed this book in my life, so informative.
Such a beautiful, heartwarming story... I loved getting to know the grumpy old man, Ove. This book made me smile, laugh and also cry.
I wish I had picked this up sooner.. can't get enough of Ove's grumpiness ❤️
Started this for a readalong, after it's been on my TBR for almost an year.
My first book subscription box, My first funk pop and also my first lapel pin.. I felt like a child opening this box, included two books with lots of goodies.
In love with the Daenerys funk pop and the Snape postcard😍

Time for a new series!! I loved reading Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas so much. The characters she creates are simply perfect, currently obsessed over a lot of them. I have heard nothing but rave reviews on this series, so looking forward to discover more characters that I could obsess over.. Thankfully I have avoided all spoilers by some miracle as the whole world is talking about these books.. #currentlyreading
Starting this one today!! I have been deliberating whether to read this or not for days now but finally decided to give it a try.. #currentlyreading
