Got in a couple of hours of reading before the family woke up. That was a nice treat on this gray and wet day day. More of the same tomorrow. I was looking forward to no snow in winter living in GA. But now I‘m wondering if the rain is really worth the trade off. At least in CO it would snow and then the sun ☀️ would come out. #randomthoughts #weatherblues
Next Year I want to Finish my reading before December. I am feeling so slow and am having a hard time wanting to read physical books. I think I just really want to watch Christmas Movies... Which I could do of course. But I also want to reach my goal and I am only five books away

A totally random thought but did anyone else ever get obsessed with a band in their youth and write fanfic and stories based on their music? I was such an angsty little middle schooler and this band's music just opened me up to a whole new way of storytelling. They're a huge inspiration for why I became a writer. And I'm a writer because I was first a reader. It's kind of a full circle thing. #randomthoughts
