We went on a biking 🚴♀️ tour and had some time in the biggest city, Kirkwall. It was sunny ☀️ and the Scots were very warm & welcoming.

There wasn't much time for reading as every say was so busy but managed to get through these 3 books. 1st 2 books were good 👍 but Crescent City...OMG such a fantastic book. Loved it and delved straight into the second book! Loved the characters and the nice crime/mystery twist to a romantasy

Our last stop was Copenhagen, 🇩🇰 on Friday. On our way, I read The Copenhagen Trilogy. It‘s quite good.
The capital of Denmark greeted us with a storm 🌬️, but this didn‘t stop me from enjoying one last ice cream 🍦.

On Wednesday, we went on a cycling 🚴♀️ tour on Gotland (2nd biggest island of the Baltic Sea). We saw lots of sheep 🐑 and lots of sheep 🐑 statues. The ice cream 🍦 shop is called „Gotlato“, which is hilarious.

Next destination: Gdańsk, Poland 🇵🇱
This is the Neptune Fountain, and the house behind is called Artus Court. The citizens wanted to thank the Sea God for the flourishing trade, and the rich merchants wanted to compare themselves to the Knights of the Round Table. Gdańsk was bombed thrice during WWII and they rebuilt everything beautifully. The Museum of WWII is a must-visit.

Today, I went on a trip to Oxford. My first time there! I walked through the Botanical Garden and found Lyra‘s bench, the setting of the iconic scene in The Amber Spyglass.

#Berlin is very beautiful in October🍂 . I went to the Berliner Mauer memorial and the Topography of Terror and visited an exhibition at the new Humboldt Forum.
