A great book giving accurate information about our pre-life planning. If you are trying to make sense of your life, read this book.
Claire Dunne seamlessly curates these very personal accounts of Jung‘s life using letters to people who mattered to him at various times in his life and letters by others expressing their feelings about him and his thoughts. If you are not totally familiar with Carl Jung‘s work, it serves as a great introduction and you will enjoy this deep dive into what moved him to develop various theories and how he came about them throughout his life.

Book #23 of 2023: “Soulmates” by Thomas Moore
If philosophy is your thing you might enjoy this one. It‘s longer than it needs to be and a little overrun with metaphors, but the core messages of being true to yourself, finding a balance that works for you, and caring for the emotional/creative parts of yourself are valid.
The soul is the ultimate human mystery.
Another interesting little book. This one explores the many different beliefs about the soul. A lot of nice illustrations. Fairly quick read.
