Meant to share this with y‘all sooner. I met Reese Witherspoon recently! 💫 Our sons played soccer against each other. She was so sweet and soft spoken. We chatted only briefly, but I was sure to express love for her book club! She showed us how to turn for the best photo lighting. 😂
I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!). Feel free to join in!

I found out that I have map.dot.fingerprint dystrophy, and with my eyes going blurry most days, it took me a while to read this book, with the tiny print, but I did it and this book was fabulous
For this #monthlybookrecipechallenge I made the Baked Brie recipe from Reese Witherspoon's book. And yes, it contains whiskey. 😉

The most beautiful description of dusk I‘ve read in a while…Fred Chappell was a poet, first and foremost.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bragg is one of my favorite writers. He creates images of the south that remind me so much of my precious Memaw and stories from the older generations. And good ol‘ southern metaphors are always comforting. Here, Bragg pieces together stories about the maternal grandfather he never knew. Audio is a must! These anecdotes are meant for his drawl and cadence.
This was cute, and I enjoyed listening to Reese narrate with her little twang in force. But it was less memoir than I expected and more how to imbue southern charm into your life, from hosting the best dinner party to embracing monogrammed items. Very fluffy
