(Both) my #botm boxes have shipped AND I got Into the Water as a free gift, which was a total surprise! I think they gifted it to me bc I renewed my second account today? But I didn't enter any promotional code so not entirely sure...

Anyone else get this fun surprise??

Really looking forward to seeing how everyone likes The Love Interest as well... It was the only May book I just couldn't get behind.

Cinfhen Yes, I got an email if I reinstated my BOTM, Into the Water was free...and they were referring to my third account that I did not renew last month😬🙄😳 7y

Cinfhen I blame @Reviewsbylola for my third account....she convinced me I needed Marlena and I had the $1 offer so I figured why not? My second account was finishing up at that point....but now I'm back to two accounts 7y

Cityofamber Yep I hadn't renewed for April (but planned to resubscribe when there were books I wanted 😂) so when I reinstated my account I got the free book! 😊 7y

Hazel0303 I'm having a hard time deciding this month. It looks like a lot of interesting reads, but some of the book blogs I follow gave some subpar reactions and I'm about to have a baby later this month. So I'm thinking I might put these on my library list. I just feel so bad - I've skipped the last three months of #botm. 7y

emilyhaldi @Hazel0303 no need to feel bad! You can always go back and add any of these books to a future box if you see reviews and decide you want to read. Or library like you said! Better to wait and save up for something youre really excited to read 😁 and congrats on the upcoming baby!! ❤ 7y

Hazel0303 Thanks @emilyhaldi ! I was a botm brand ambassador last year (I see some people still are, but they told me they ended the program) so for one glorious month I got all the books for free and just had to plug the crap out of them after I read them. This was a month I wished I was still an ambassador bc I would have definitely read them all just didn't want to buy them all haha. 7y

Le Morte D'Arthur | Thomas Mallory

As a newly single parent about 13 yrs ago, I had to downsize my library of about 1000 books down to 300 ish to fit us into our new townhouse. One of the books I got rid of that I always regretted was a beautiful edition of Le Morte d'Arthur. This version is very close, with the same beautiful scripting and illustrations. I'm so happy to have a copy of it in my house again.

Nonaroo I'm glad you found such a beautiful copy. I read this last year for a wonderful class on Arthurian legend. It was probably one of my favorite classes and the professor was fantastic. 7y
