This memoir is absolutely amazing. Detailing her life from a little girl from the south side of Chicago to the confident First Lady in Washington D.C, Michelle holds nothing back. Read her trial and tribulations and find that you yourself may share the same struggles and find ways to over come. Hear her first thoughts on being a unfulfilled lawyer, struggling working mom and the wife of a politician.

Maggie Holt returns to Baneberry Hall to renovate and place it up for sale. The home that her family fled in the middle of the night out of fear for their safety,which was the basis for her father's book, House of Horrors.
As she renovated the house Maggie must find if the book her father wrote is based on fact or fiction as she struggles to recount any events in the book. But as she stays longer she finds that the past does come back to haunt.

This suspenseful novel starts off slow but the ending merits reading until then.

Olivia is an influencer who wants to share her story about being an influencer but does not necessarily wants to share her personal life. Olivia hides a secret past that she wants no one to know about; however, Nicky wants to unlock the secrets that are being held.
Told by two unreliable narrators.

I highly recommend this audiobook of Misery. Lindsay Crouse does a phenomenal job in changing Annie from a sweet country girl to psychopath. Although read in a mostly monotone voice, I feel this fits King's writing style as all the audiobooks I have listened to are recorded in this manner.

If you liked the movie, I am sure you will enjoy this audiobook.

This book although interesting, did not speak to me as a thriller or suspense. The point of view from both Patty and Rose does add some element of unreliable narration.
Patty is getting out of prison. She was guilty of abusing Rose her whole childhood. As she is released, Patty moves in with Rose shocking everyone. She doesn't know that Rose is not a feeble little girl anymore, but a woman looking for revenge and Patty is looking for her own.

Kendra,Dani and Lindsey are best friends from childhood. They were ecstatic when their sons Sawyer,Jacob and Caleb became just as close as they were growing up.

Their lives were shattered by a horrible incident where one boy dies, one boy is in a coma and the other is so traumatized he cannot speak.

They must confront the secret lives of the children they thought they knew.

This first book in the Detective Ellie Reeves series will keep you interested from the first page to the very end.

This is the third installment of Caroline Mitchell‘s DI Amy Winter series. Although I did not read the first two books this was easily read as a stand-alone.

Caroline weaves in her previous career as a detective into her story which helps make the characters and plot of the book.

I fell in love with the description and cover of this book, but the story didn't live up to either. Margot is told all her life that it is just her and her mother. But after finding evidence of a grandmother left behind in Phalene, Margot goes on her own to meet her. Vera is not the warm and fuzzy grandmother Margot hoped for and finds her to be an exact replica of her mother. Family secrets are revealed as a girl is found dead on Vera's land.

Louise has an uneasy feeling when her friend Sarah sends her only daughter, Isa with them on vacation. Louise believes there is a side to Isa that she cannot trust.

When Isa is found dead after a beach party, no one can remember the details leading up to Isa‘s disappearance. James, Katie‘s brother, is the only one who can remember small pieces of that night and believes he could have saved Isa along with his sister.

A haunting novel about Vanessa, a woman struggling with finding herself and place in the world. After ending a relationship with Jacob, Vanessa struggles in deciding if their relationship was love or abuse. I will admit some parts were hard to read and in no doubt may cause triggers for some readers. This was an amazing debut novel

This book drew me in from the prologue to the final page. I enjoyed how Ruth wrote from both women‘s point of view and with such detail that you could literally feel the emotion each character was feeling. A new twist of the story was usually revealed with each chapter that kept me wanting to read more.
Beth and Danielle are intertwined with a secret that could cost both of them everything. Who is to blame for a loss that effected both of them?

This YA psychological thriller will keep you guessing! This amazing debut novel finds a young girl, Cass, trying to move forward from a past that is burning her to her core. Chelsea Ichaso pens a fabulous debut novel being told by an unreliable narrator who is starting to unravel herself. Every character is intertwined to connect them all as suspects, but leaves you guessing who had the best motive.

Starting this today.

Although the story was interesting, it did not grab and keep my attention. There are nice plot twists throughout the book that does make you attempt to think what is going to happen next. Slater does a good job describing the Adder House and the peculiar tenants that inhabit it.

Just finished this ARC from NetGalley. Absolutely fabulous! Told between a mother lying in a coma and a daughter who‘s life is chaotic this book takes you through Holly‘s story about trying to remember who may have kidnapped her for 94 days and then retuned her home. They may be doing it again. Just when you feel like you know who did it the twisting of characters lead you into a different direction. Definitely recommend this book.

Six college roommates move into 215 Caldwell Street. Only five roommates are able to leave after their end of term goodbye party. Twenty years later the five roommates meet again in a secluded mansion under pretenses of current life situations. After finding a living room set up as when they found their dead roommate, they realize someone else knows the secret of what happened. Can one survive this evil game of clue or does everyone get the ax?

Well I didn‘t think I would get to reading this but since the libraries are closed and all books are check out til May 15th May as well try to finish!

Starting this book because I just can‘t get into the Nightingale-

Finished this book this evening. I highly suggest this series by Mike Omer. A twisted new serial killer is on the prowl but it‘s not the person he is after it the warm, rich blood running through their veins.

Starting this book! Hope it lives up to the hype!

Finished The Winter People by Jennifer McMahon. A little disappointed in the ending but overall a great suspense!
