My friend said I should read this book because I like fantasy/sci-fi and Brandon Sanderson. What do you guys think? Is it a good read?

DGRachel I know a lot of people struggle with the first half of this book, but most seem to think it gets better by Part II, so I would say if you struggle early on, definitely power through at least the half way point before deciding to bail. I‘d never suggest finishing a book you aren‘t enjoying, but give this one some time to win you over and IMO Golden Son is where things REALLY get good. Enjoy! 7y
