Wow this was a big let down from the first book, Emilia's character was completely different from the first book, there really wasn't anything likeable about her, and Wraths whole premise about Emilia having choice was undone in Chapter 17

Fantastic, from the time I started this book, its been near impossible to put it down, its filled with twists and turns that leave you wanting more, my only disappointment is thats its finished.

persephone1408 I liked the cover but if I'm being honest...they lost me at james Patterson presents🤷🏻 2y
MandyB Yes I'm not sure why they added that, this book isn't the same genre as his books 2y

This book was quite a bit darker than the first but I think that suited the progression of the story, Phinn's character wasn't able to redeem himself for all his misdeeds which I both loved and hated.

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to be successful into your favourite book, then I think you'll enjoy this book. The fandom is freah concept that we haven't really seen explored much, full of twists and turns that keep you guessing

I really enjoyed this book, a take on Peter Pan that was originally enough to stand apart on its own.

What can I say about this book.....What a page turner, from start to finish it pulls you into the lives of its characters, you feel their pain and sadness, leaves you wishing you could leap into the pages and save them. It‘s so well writing it flows effortlessly , I highly recommend it.
