Pick! Beware of student/teacher romance if that's not your thing. Intense, emotional story as only JA Huss can master. Plus it's super steamy. Inspired by authors life.

Great romantic comedy! I have read all three books from this author and she is fabulous! This is a standalone.

A haunting read. I'm definitely in book hangover mode. The disturbing reality of what it means to spill a glass of milk in different homes. Based on a true story about an amazing girl who survived horrific abuse. A deep, chilling read.

Struggling! Love JW and I love reading her story but I'm 13% in and keep putting it down. I feel like the book is a big old F U to her critics whom suggest women's lit isn't really "literature". As though she is proving that she is just as smart or smarter than said critics. Wiener is highly intelligent - she doesn't have anything to prove to any of us.

Must add to your TBR. Keep an eye on this title for a sale price. Shocking, disturbing, roller coaster of emotion. Story told through multiple view points. It somehow works and once you dig in, will find it difficult to put down. Prepare for book hangover!!

Romantic Fiction - An extremely personal story from this best selling author. I was drawn to Willows story and her journey of finding happy. While the masterpiece above can be seen as the whole is greater than its parts, we as humans should be viewed by all our parts and not as how we appear. It's a happily ever after book and I'm good with that.

Priscilla travels to The North Pole in search of Santa. She is not expecting what she finds there. Poetic prose and charming illustrations. My girls love the series. Good for 4/5 to 7 year olds. A keeper!! ❤️

I almost gave up 45% in, then I could not put it down. While I found the beginning slow, it is absolutely necessary to stick with it because in the end it is worth every minute. The story is never as it appears.

BethFishReads Good to know about the slow start 8y

Soozanne Very true! Slow beginning, but at the end of part one I was like, "What?? Did I miss something? What just happened?" Then I couldn't put it down. ?? 8y

Priscilla is looking for a new activity, she tries out many but ends up loving the Rollerina classes and auditions for the play. Her disappointment is pointed at receiving a supporting role. In the end she realized her part was perfect. Adorable, vivid illustrations. Great story any child can relate to. My girls and I love this series of books.

Both my daughters just love this series of books. Priscilla is lovable, the illustrations are charming, and the stories are fun and perfectly poetic. Out of print but easy to find good used copies. Priscilla moans about the rain until she ventured outside and finds the Pixie Princess who shows her all the amazing things that happens during/because of rain.

Tori is a NY Times best selling author who gets torn between love and family. While researching for her latest novel, Tori begins a secret relationship with a mystery man from a fetish website she was researching. An emotional roller coaster that you will have a difficult time slowing down. Beginning is a bit slow but necessary. I love and loathe this story. Very steamy, beware if that is not your thing. #bookhangover #truestory #adultery

Romance Review:
Man! I needed this book, desperately! Let's get real - I can only take so many stories about Billionaires, down on their luck strippers, and InstaLove.
A fabulous story about a strong, unbroken woman. Callie has her problems but she is a girl you root for in life and love. All the fantastic sex and emotion you crave are woven into this intriguing story.
One of my Top 5 Romances of 2016.

Gripping, disturbing - could not put this book down!! This story has it flaws, there are several, but it is always intriguing and shocking. The story of missing girls who become captive butterflies: marked, abused, loved. Good read if you like psycho mystery

Fun beach read. This is a typical Vegas romance but better. Julia is a successful romance author attending an important book convention. All sorts of drama ensues, some expected and some surprising. A funny what happens in Vegas story.

Dogearedcopy I could go for something a bit light right about now! Your post was a matter of perfect timing! 😊 8y

A must read. The Hard Count is an honest, gritty story of a boy from the wrong side of the highway who has a fierce love for his family, learning and football. This masterfully written story will grip every part of your soul and pull your heartstrings to the point of breaking. Fabulous

Draws you in then sucks every last breath from you. Suspenseful, interesting characters, surprising twists. I'm speechless. Definitely give this a read if you enjoy psych thrillers.

MelodyJones The reviews elsewhere are extremely mixed. I feel like I need to add that I enjoy when characters aren't 100% likeable or that an element of the plot isn't "plausible." Isn't part of the complexity of humans is what we are potentially capable of? 8y

Say You'll Stay | Corinne Michaels
Mehso-so

Michaels is a talented storyteller, able to wring every last emotion from your soul. Story was predictable and I didn't particularly like the lead, Presley, but I quite enjoy reading a character I don't love. I certainly would recommend this title if you are interested in this genre.

The Girl in the Ice | Robert Bryndza
Bailedbailed

This book was awful. I bailed at 20%. Loaded with British slang which didn't bother me but the writing is awful. Dialogue is written as though the reader is stupid. Many paragraphs begin with "Erika thought" or similar...which bothers this experienced reader. In need of a professional editor.

Megabooks That sounds pretty awful! 8y
JoeStalksBeck Thanks for the review. I had looked at this book several times in consideration of buying it. 8y

Beneath These Lies | Meghan March

If you want a steamy, suspenseful story then this your book. I enjoy that March's stories are about strong, independent, yet broken women. If you're looking for a superior written tale in the romance/erotica genre then I highly recommend this title and author.

Bone chilling. I enjoyed the unusual characters, the chilling narrative and everything else. Shriver is a master storyteller. Every word is important until the last word. Do not Google Kevin or watch the movie. I think the story is best enjoyed in written form.

Shriver is an incredible storyteller. The subject matter goes beyond brother/sister and obesity - it's the dynamics of personalities and their flaws. Hang in there if your having trouble getting started - the end is worth it.

An impressive wordsmith, Warren packs this title full of sex, suspense and emotion. While I'm not a huge fan of so-called mafia romance, I devoured this book as though I hadn't eaten in days. The stunning man on the cover isn't bad either.
