Reading ‘A Thousand Ships‘ with this tiny ship on my shoulder. Don‘t think my little boat would be able to fit many Greeks on board. Maybe just Achilles.

I was nominated by @Cuilin to find a bit of blue on my bookshelf. Here‘s what I found! I‘ve just started reading ‘A Thousand Ships‘ by Natalie Haynes, and am enjoying it thus far. Happy coincidence it has a beautiful blue and gold cover. Also, with such nice weather today, I took my reading outside to get some much needed vitamin D ☀️📖

Only 100 pages in, and Barbara Erskine‘s ‘Daughters of Fire‘ is thrilling. I am engrossed! The subtle discomfort from a eery supernatural plot mixed with an engaging glance back through history has me hooked.
