I am obsessed with Matt Haig's Christmas Trilogy. This one is Father Christmas and Me, so wonderful and sweet and gave me warm feeling plus made me crave chocolate.

This book was a lot of fun and definitely not for you if you like your historical fact accurate... it's a lovely YA tale of love, friendship, magic and adventure. I had lots of fun reading it!
And, most of all, she loved the way that books could transport her from her otherwise mundane and stifling life and offer the experiences of a hundred other lives.
