and the softest breeze”
I went to Honobia, Oklahoma yesterday which is considered the “Home of Bigfoot” and went into the only little teensy-tiny store in the teensy-tiny town in the middle of the forest and found this book. Having had family that grew up in the areas in this book and having been there multiple times throughout my life, I‘m so excited to read this! ❤️
5 out of 5 stars for me. It took a lot of willpower not to cry sitting outside of Starbucks when I saw myself in many of these words. Highly recommend.
I‘m starting to delve into witchcraft, which I have been dying to do for a few months now. I love this cover. ❤️
5 out of 5 stars.
I‘ve been loving this series ever since the first book reeled my heart in and it has absolutely not disappointed.
How the hell am I supposed to patiently wait until March for the next book?!
4 out of 5 stars.
I was not expecting this to grab my attention in the way it did. I was bored waiting for my appointment at the eye doctor‘s office so I opened up my kindle app on my phone and opened the first book that was there. I finished it just a few hours later, I even didn‘t hear my waiter at dinner at one point.
There are quite a few parts of this book I do not quite understand and probably never will, but overall, it was entrancing.
3 out of 5 stars.
I did really like this poetry collection and I connected to a lot of the poems.
The switching up of page-long paragraphs to small, tiny poems was throwing me off a bit, which caused me to take far longer to finish this collection than normal collections take me.
All in all, I would recommend this and it takes courage to put yourself and your feelings into the world like this. ❤️
I‘m excited to read this!
I had this sent to me by the author after winning one of her giveaways on twitter. Signed and everything! I adore her as a person and I cannot wait to read this one. ❤️
“We all make mistakes. Mine was falling madly in love and forgetting to pack a parachute.”
Update: Rated 2.5 out of 5 for me.
A book, rain, and cats on a sick day. What could be better? (Other than not being sick. 😂)
“It‘s okay to close some doors; hell, it‘s even okay to lock them.”
I picked this up from the library today, not realizing that this is the third book in the series, but I‘m going to read it anyway. I‘m really hoping nothing draws too much from the first two books, although the first few pages seem to be explaining a lot of background, so perhaps I won‘t be too lost! ☺️
Also, that‘s my darling reading buddy, Serrah! 😸❤️

1. I grocery shop once a week but that‘s because I moved back in with my parents for a little while and that‘s how they shop.
2. Either ranch or raspberry vinaigrette when I‘m feeling fancy.
3. I‘d much rather bake. I‘m better at baking than cooking by a long shot.
4. Not everyday, but I love sweet things.
5. Definitely Harry Potter. The food that would get described at the Hogwarts feast just sounds absolutely prime!
I cannot wait to dig into this bad boy!
