Enjoyed the different voices that the author used to tell the story. Somewhat predictable but a fast paced and compelling read.

I really liked this mystery. At times dialogue could be hard to follow, but that‘s my only real complaint. I love Jack Stratton and want to follow his story.
Rough day here. I finally get to cuddle in bed with Panda (and my son‘s Spider-Man mask that he insists sleeps with me....) and enjoy a book. P.S. if you ever want to be terrified, wake up next to that thing at 2 A.M. from a bad dream. 😱

I came home from another horrid day at work to #bookmail with surprises! Thanks @That-Bookish-Hiker for the pins. I 💚 them! I needed that after work and coming home to hear some sad family health news. #whodunitbymail
I'm excited for my next #whodunitbymail read. I really liked the first one. I'm ready, and caught in my own web of lies.
Jack, a 17 yr old boy, has big dreams of joining the army and then becoming a police officer. He is whip smart and loyal to a fault.
The whole time I was reading I kept second guessing who committed the crime. It did annoy me that the police wouldn't listen to Jack and were more focused on building their case on their suspect. I also felt like the romance between Jack and Kelly was thrown together at the last min.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Started my #whodunitbymail this morning on the train ride into work. Keeping it safe in my book sleeve. I had to pause on a really good part, dang work!!

Got my #whodunitbymail today from @Alfoster .
Can't wait to start it. And how cute is this notebook?!
I always forget about my free borrow a month 😡 Found a good one though! 👏🏻
I mostly read this because it was a short and quick read. The story was good but didn't really care for how it was written. ⭐⭐⭐
#2017Book13
While this was a pretty standard suspense novel, the inclusion of an 18-year-old protagonist who has to operate separately from the police was an interesting plot device. The main character is easy to like, and his tragic backstory makes you want him to succeed, even if some of his methods for uncovering the truth might actually be against the law.
Three reasons why guys open doors for girls - even though they know their girl can do it herself. ❤️❤️❤️
