Nope.
I‘m actually surprised at how low this is rated. Is it the best book ever? No. But it is intriguing and the characters are realistic and blend together into a believable story. No part of me feels like this “glorifies suicide.” If anything, it places an importance on reaching out to your peers for a mental health check. 3.5/5
Tearjerker x 💯 This book was an amazing audiobook.
Panda liked it too. 🦴🦴🦴🦴 four out five bones from her.
@Mynameisacolour WOW WOW WOW. This is so amazingly generous. Not only did you send me a beautiful quilled picture, but you sent me four crafts to do on my own! I feel spoiled. You definitely hit the nail on the head with the rock painting; my sons love making and hiding them. Seriously, thank you so much. It was a lovely pick me up after a rough week. ❤️
I am really loving this book so far! I definitely like it way more than Panda likes her e-collar.
What an awesome surprise at work today! Thank you @Mynameisacolour
Mehhhhh. I was disappointed. Probably because of all the hype.
and as always, here‘s my dog. 😂
@christine_reads88 sent me the most amazing box! I actually woke up early just to open it before we head off to the zoo. 🦓🦒🐘I was honestly so worried I was going to get shafted based on past experiences, so thank you for being so generous and wonderful. 😍
I am stoked to start Greek‘s Bearing Gifts. I‘m hoping it won‘t matter that I‘m not reading the series in order. 😬
Seriously, thank you again, Christine. 🖤 #summersantagoespostal
Dog walks and audiobooks 😍 I‘m not 100% sold on the book so far, but I‘m trying to stick it out.
What in the Sam Hill am I reading?! I‘m so confused that I‘m actually getting angry.
5/5
This novel made me happy, sad, furious, hopeful, and all the other feels. I love Lenny and felt true compassion for her and mother.

1. I‘m not sure it‘s a guilty pleasure because I‘m not embarrassed by it... but people are always surprised that I love British alternative hip hop/rap. 🤣 nothing like pulling into school pick up blasting Stig of the Dump.
2. Summer. I hate the heat but love gardening, fishing, and camping so much.
3. Thriller/mystery
4. It‘s 3:30 am. I don‘t even know what‘s for breakfast.

It kept me captivated! Even though I sort of suspected the culprit, I didn‘t get the full motive until the author revealed it! 4/5!
And again, look at my dogs because it was an audio book and screenshots are boring. We adopted Panda‘s little brother over the weekend! I wanted to name him Bear... Panda & Bear HAHA. But I got vetoed. Meet Rocko!
It was a quick little suspenseful story about a mom‘s love for her daughter and teaching your kids to be strong and independent. I kind of enjoyed the phone call format and really liked the characters.
Here is a picture of my dog just so I‘m not posting screenshots of audiobooks every time 🤣
It was a solid okay. The end actually gave me a surprise which is cool. I swear one of the kids sounds exactly like Sid the Science Kid and I focused on that a bit too much haha
I‘m the worst at waiting. I‘m going to have to hide this at my sister‘s house just so I won‘t open it 🤣
My nails need redone but I‘ll be sad to see my Vonnegut nails go. But on the positive side, my gym gave me four free audible books so I‘m listening to this. It‘s a fun distraction in the car even if it‘s a little immature. Emily definitely reminds me of a thirteen year old me. 🤣
4/5 solid read. It kept me interested enough to power through it in a couple hours. I‘ll be looking out for other things by Dr. Harper.
This book is amazing; there is no other way to put it. I can only hope my kids have an inner strength like Max to overcome their challenges.

1. Cabin time 😍
2. Too lame to follow that
3. Cucumbers and Italian dressing 🥒

I was really into this book until about 2/3 through. Then it all clicked and I figured it out. I was a little disappointed with how it ended. Things were tied up just a little too quickly and perfectly.
The audio book seems to be the perfect dog soother though. 🐶😴
I‘ve hit some shark jumping. I don‘t particularly love it but it‘s so close to being done.... so persevere, I must. The positive is I really enjoy the narration. This guy has some bomb voices. 💣 🔥
Shameless plug 🤷🏻♀️ and slightly book related. I make bajillions of ridiculous decals in my “spare” time. Haha. Duckandoh.etsy.com
Solid 3/5. This was a fun light read. I appreciated the humor and honesty that comes with being a teenager.
I‘ve been slacking on actual reading because it‘s spring and life is crazy 🤦🏻♀️ but at least I‘m sort of enjoying audiobooks lately! I am really loving Leah and the other characters in this book.
And in other news, I present the proof why I don‘t have time to sit down with a physical book; even park visits end in chaos.
It‘s a sad reality. 😔 so much fighting even though we‘re all fighting for the same end goal. #autismstruggles

My favorite was Then She Was Gone! Which was surprising since I usually hate audio books. It was just so good.
1. God Bless You, Dr. Kevorkian
2. Slaughterhouse Five
3. Poorly... in a notebook
4. My youngest from a hike 😍

This type of story usually isn‘t my style, but this book was so amazing. It was heart wrenching and heart warming. It had me laughing and crying. Solid 5/5. The narration even makes me like audiobooks a little more.
Trying something new for me... hopefully it keeps me entertained while knitting something for my #summersantagoespostal swap partner. 🧶😍
I am absolutely adoring this book so far. The main character reminds me of my oldest son in a really comforting way.
It‘s also really something to see my son with ASD going outside of his comfort zone at LEGO club and playing well with others! 😍 🧩
I feel like the worst book-borrower ever. My dog decided to get a taste of my library book. 😭
I love this book so much. Maud Gage is my new role model. Frank Baum is my new historical crush. And I will be reading every Oz book over the next few months now. Their story is heartwarming and inspiring. Truly amazing.
I usually hate audio books, but this one kept me hooked. The narrator did an excellent job. The book itself was amazing as well. I love how raw and real the characters seem. The twists seemed realistic but not obvious. Solid 5/5 for me.
1. Tagged and The Paragon Hotel
2. 🤦🏻♀️
3. 😂🤷🏻♀️😍

What do you do when you have a spare 30 mins between work and getting your kid off the bus? Sit in your driveway and read (because you don‘t want to walk in the rain 😂)
I‘m really liking Maud Baum so far. She reminds me of my grandma in a badass way.
#demandit
True fact: A large portion of my reading gets done while waiting around for kids. Bus stops, baseball, social skills classes, 4-H, occupational therapy, the like. Waiting is my default position.
Well that was a crazy fast read for me! I realized quickly it wasn‘t what I expected; it turned out to be so much better! I usually have to be in a special mood for fantasy, but Schaeffer made it seem so natural and normal that I didn‘t even question it. I can‘t wait for the next book. ☠️#booklystats
4/5 Even though I (mostly) figured out the twist about halfway through, I was still surprised by the turns it took to get there. I really enjoyed the writing style and characters. #booklystats
Insomnia at its finest. Thank goodness I have Panda to keep my company. #dogsoflitsy
I am really loving this book so far. The main character is easy to fall for. 😍 And although it‘s filled with technical jargon occasionally, it‘s not overwhelming or hard to understand; which is appreciated.
#sorrynotsorry I don‘t feel like working. All those numbers make me dizzy today. I‘m just going to dig into this book and enjoy some silence before all the weekend chaos begins. 😍
Solid meh. It was a really easy read which was nice. But it took strange turns that didn‘t really make sense; usually in the form of ill-placed sex scenes. 🤨 I‘ll probably pick up another Banks book because of how quick and bearable it was though. Perfect waiting room type of book.
I read a lot more than I thought I could with my hectic life!
