After finding out who M was in the last book, it‘s cheesy now that the kids have to collect M things to help her. But my daughter is really getting into the stories and likes Jack and Annie. Book 30 of 2019

I love the entire MF Magic Tree house series! This particular story takes students into the action of ninjas which is neat for both boys and girls so the story should be enjoyed by all. I think it's important for students to want adventure and to make learning fun. UDL 2.2 "Clarifying syntax and structure" these books take students into a different world so it is important to make sure students can understand that and follow along. TS-IR

SavannahP0930 EL strategy 38: "Assign short readings for homework" This one is important because these books are meant to be throughly enjoyed and I think ESOL students may be able to do that better at their own pace at home and then have a class refresher on what was read in class the next day. When looking on https://www.mthclassroomadventures.org I read about how a teacher would google the place jack and Annie were in the book to give them real life images. 6y
