I know I‘m not saying much. Just WOW 🤩. I loved it!
My current read. #litsylove
What if Death and Havoc were physical beings capable of approaching you and carrying on conversations? What if you were tasked to stop a suicide? I really enjoyed this book and storyline, it was unique and thought provoking.
"There are things in this life that make all the other crap worth it... grab those moments, those people, and you run with them and you fight with everything you have to never lose them." [page 307]
"If you knew you had to do the right thing, but that something bad might happen to you because of it, would you do it anyway?"
"The right thing is always the right thing."
Starting this tonight. My sister has been ranting on how good it is.
Hadley makes a deal with Death, that in 27 days she can keep Archer, a boy she goes to school with, from ending his life. #ya #NewHogwartsAdventure #Death @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @vkois88
I really loved the premise of this book! I was engaged from the first page all the way to the last page. I actually read this book in one sitting!😂 I highly recommend it, this book was really heart warming and adorable!
I love this reference to a great old movie!
"I'm the whippoorwill that cries in the night. I'm the soft morning breeze that caresses your lovely face." - Peter Warne (Clark Gable) ? #moviereference
This was a great book! I liked that the premise of the book was different than usual. Typical of a quest, Hadley, learned something about herself along the way. #ya #sciencefiction #fantasy #librarylove #englishteacher #teachersoflitsy #favoriteartwork
I picked this one up in the school library today while I was there with my students. The title sounded interesting, so I thought I'd read it. #ya #sciencefiction #fantasy #TeachersofLitsy #EnglishTeacher #LibraryLove #BookLove

This was a tough one. I really enjoyed the fresh take on sensitive subject matter handled in a more conversationally engaging way that Thirteen Reasons Why (don't even get me started). I also enjoyed the supernatural twist & reciprocal narrative elements (our character evolves as does the story). It wobbled a couple times on plot crutches (second act 'villain') & SLIIIIIGHTLY pat ending. This was a mooooostly good read!
Started this on audio today and while I liked the narrator she reads way too fast. I tried to slow down the narration but that made things too robotic. In the end I ended up returning to audible and buying the eBook instead. I'm interested in the story but just can't with this narrator since I have to keep rewinding to catch things I've missed
