I'm totally bias toward Simon R. Green, he is my favorite author. This novel is full of his trademarks snarky dialogue, outrageous wide-screen action and last minute rescues. If you arent reading the Secret Histories series, you should be. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ 5 out of 5

I promised myself no more buys until I put a dent in my TBR shelves, but then you get a $5 coupon and the local Books-A-Million is having a book sales, so what's to do...4 books for less than one hardback. Oh well...the heart wants what the heart wants...

Book 12 of the Secret Histories series, Nightfall, comes out the 19th, so I need to catch up. I love this series, a supercool mix of James Bond spyjinks and magic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun new series to start.

I love this series! Yes I know it's a bit over the top and Simon R Green bails them out in some of the most ridiculous ways but that's part of the fun of this #sciencefiction series. And omg the next book is going to do what I've been waiting and hoping for!!!
