5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhh. Another masterpiece by Ryan T. Higgins. Rupert wants to make a wordless picture book, but it‘s kinda hard to do when everyone is talking. The words just keep appearing on the page. See if he accomplishes his task by the end of this book. A joy to ready, words or no.

The illustrations in this book are lovely. It reads like a comic with text only in dialogue bubbles. Silly and full of gags but exclusively bickering -- i didn't love that aspect and consequently chose not to read it aloud to the toddler. I think he'd appreciate it more when he's older. Really pretty though. #mommyreads #picturebooks
