Dying laughing.
Dying laughing.
That time we had a baby and we had nowhere to put her because of all the books.
Truth! 😭😭😭
I cannot STOP worrying about things that may never happen!
Omg, I am dying of laughter here. I don't even know if I should be upset or offended or amused. In my defense, I have both a dog and a kid.
Some context - author is talking about situations where the mom is stressed from caring for her child and there comes that other lady who considers herself a mom because she has a dog. (I used to be that other lady.) She is stating some funny reasons why it's not worth having the kid vs dog argument.
😂😂 Glad that I was not the only one who fell for those ads/posters showing blissful moms and their quiet smiling babies! My favorite place to breastfeed? The bed (at least I can get a few zzz) and the office chair (while I read on my phone without the babe noticing). 😜
On how to get out of work when your kid is sick... "Remember: No matter how supportive your coworkers pretend to be, it‘s a lie. And there‘s only one way to offset a lie, and that‘s to tell another lie." ?
I wouldn't use this as a true parenting guide, but I do recommend reading it when you feel like you're about to go nuts...or lost, overwhelmed. Reading this made me laugh and feel not as sh*tty of a mom. LOL!
