Day 21: The Thing

I really liked this one and couldn‘t put it down. Read it in little more than two days cuz work and life and stuff. The plot was a weird one but nevertheless, entertaining. If you don‘t like graphic, body horror stuff, do not read this book. There‘s lots of blood. Apparently it‘s a trilogy. Gonna get the other two books on my Nook very soon.:)

Started this yesterday and is so good so far!

B movie Syfy book about triangles. Are they aliens or some advanced technology? Gross and cheesy. I will not be reading book 2.

This book jumps right into the action. I loved it. A tale of ordinary people infected by a strange rash. The chapters alternate between Perry, an ex football player who is infected, and Margaret Montoya, a CDC researcher. There is a lot of gore but it didn't bother me. I liked the excitement of the book, and the discovery of what is behind the strange triangles appearing on Perry's skin.

Started this tonight. Just the thing to read when you are working graveyard shift all alone 😄

Hier könnt ihr das Buch "Infiziert" von Scott Sigler sehen. Ich habe es von einem Flohmarkt gekauft für stolze 50 Cent?? Es geht wohl grob gesagt um ein Virus der herum geht und Menschen tötet??

I almost forgot about this one, and it's definitely my favorite #eyesoncovers #maybookflowers This book rocks- totally adrenaline-filled page turning madness. Leave it to @scottsigler to crank up the creep factor.

This was my first venture into Mr. Sigler's writing, but boy was it a great one.

As a matter of fact, I am hard pressed to think of any meal that would pair well with this book.

Also Best Damn Cherry Cola? Nothing best about it. I think I was able to salvage it by mixing 1/3 DBCC with 2/3 Cherry Dr Pepper but we shall see. I am only two sips in....

Thanks to @Liberty for the review. My husband saw it and flew through Infected. He's partway through Contagious and is requesting the final in the trilogy. Highly recommended science-y sci fi.

Eeeeeeeeeee! I just discovered @scottsigler has joined Litsy!!! He's one of my favorite authors. I don't know about you, but I am always interested in seeing what the authors I love are reading. It's like a peek at their brain.🤘🏻🤘🏻
