Et godt alternativ at læse inden Harry Potter, hvis man er "for ung" til de senere bind.
Hørt på Mofibo.

I am not sure how I have gone this long without reading this. My oldest son and I have been reading it together and we are totally hooked. Percy feels like a “normal“ kid with slightly not so normal drama. What a delight!
July Book 15/20 #LitsyLove
This MF New York Times Best Seller novel is the beginning of an amazing series that could be good for encouraging reading for pleasure in our students. The Lighting Thief is a great alternative to teach Greek mythology in a fun and entertaining way. I will like to use this book as an RT using Rick Riordan's adaptation of his book (http://rickriordan.com/resource/a-readers-theater-from-lightning-thief/). #UCFLAE3414SP20

How did you choose this book: I had always owned this series of books, but I've never read it. Since I had no other books to choose from, I decided to start getting in to this series.
Write a brief summary of the novel; who was the protagonist; what was his/her problem and how was the problem resolved?
Genre: Greek mythology, Young adult fiction, Fantasy Fiction
Started: October 5, 2019 - October 18, 2019
How did you choose the book:
I chose this book because I read the description in the back and it led me to read it
Summary:
The main character, Percy Jackson goes through a difficult and life threatening journey to cross United States with the help satyr and daughter of Athena. Their quest was to find the Zeus master bolt, a powerful weapon
Genre: Fantasy, Young Adult Fiction
Date Started: October 2
Date Finished : October 12
I chose this book because this was recommended by a few of my friends and it looked very interesting.
This book is about a boy named Percy Jackson who is tasked in finding who stole Zeus' master lightning bolt. As he journeys all across America, he slowly develops from being a nervous kid who couldn't do anything into a cunning and thoughtful boy.
My review of this book is...
This a really good book and i feel the suspense through out the whole book. It flows perfectly and it leaves you wanting more. I cant wait to read the rest of the books:).
This book: my 6th graders are so into it and are digging pretty deep into mood and humor, and how sometimes narrators only tell part of the story.
Road trip reads--my family has not read this, so we're listening to it.
Happy birthday Percy Jackson! #bookish #booknerd #bookgeek #fantasy #mythology #rickriordan
#sizzlinsummerbooks Day 21: Camping.
I've never been camping, outside the school trips (oh so long ago) but I would love to check this camp out.
