#SchoolSpirit #Play A selection of plays from my collection. I was straining my brain trying to remember what plays were performed in my high school, I got nothing! 😁

Back in the days of acting and directing in college, I was obsessed with Eugene O‘Niell

#julyjourneys #stageplays There is nothing like live theater. It‘s been a long time for me.
One of O'Neil's greatest plays, its focus on a strained family's relationships to one another is masterclass in script writing, particularly it's blocking being incredible. Must read for those into American drama.
Day 3: Long Day‘s Journey Into Night by Eugene O‘Neil #7Books7Days
This has been an extremely long day. I got to sleep in two 2.5 hour intervals due to kitty needs & then having to be up for work. Kitties came to work w/ me & with the help of co-workers, they were well cared for. My kids were shocked & excited & names were given. Which is cool because I've learned to tell them apart! The sickest of them finally ate well this evening & went potty a lot, so I'm hopeful! Still no good poops from any of them though.
Another in my list of reasons it sucks to not being at least within driving distance to NYC.
Long day today for Abby and me.We went on the boat with the family since 8:00am and just got home a hour ago. Abby didn't have her nap today(usually form 11am-2pm) and i was on the boat trying put her to sleep for 4 hours. She was so tried that she didn't know what she wanted. By time 3:30pm come around I end up giving up.On a short note I didn't get to read at all today. Abby finally asleep so I'm read a little and have another big day tomorrow.
#JubilantJuly Day 18 - Journey
This play follows the Tyrone family - and the alcoholism, drug addiction, resentment, illness, yearnings, and dysfunction that define them - over the course of a single day.
Never realized how difficult it was to find totally #blackandwhitecovers. #maybookflowers
"I really love fog...It hides you from the world and the world from you. You feel that everything has changed, and nothing is what it seemed to be. No one can find or touch you any more."
Daunting, poignant and still relevant. I was exhausted.
