I was bummed that this one wasn't also a Kindle in Motion, but it wasn't unexpected. Another enjoyable book from this series, and apparently there are several more to look forward to. Sign me up for more time-travelling nerds disguised as wizards.

Today‘s reading spot in Del Mar Beach, San Diego. On a much needed vacation this week as our normal summer vacation had to be cancelled due to multiple health crises to family members, friends and pets. It is amazing to get away from Illinois to a place with sun, sea, scenery, and ELEVATION.

“Did that sentence make sense to you when you planned it in your head, or do you just open your mouth and let the words fall out however they like?

I feel pretty certain I‘ve thought this exact thing (about myself) after saying things out loud that probably made no sense. Who‘s with me on that?

Soubhiville @l.kadie is that book 3? I‘ve just finished this one, and I didn‘t like it as well as the first. It may be quite a while before I read book 3, although it‘s in my e-library. 6y

blithebuoyant Yes, it is. I'm on book 4 right now, and I will tell you that book 3 is much better than book 2, I had my issues with it as well. Namely that I don't like Brit The Elder or Roy at all, and I don't really care for Gwen's role in book 2 book either XD 6y
