1. As an accountant, it can feel like my work isn‘t making a direct impact on people lives, but last week, I found out one of the individuals we support was being charged too much rent by the housing authority. After several phone calls, I got his rent lowered to what it should have been. He was very thankful!
2. I find I‘m too easily distracted, so I‘m working on my focus.
