pickThe mystery in this one didn‘t reveal itself until halfway through, there were some really questionable medical situations going on, and it seemed like Christmas was just stuck in there to make the title work, BUT there were kittens so that redeemed the book for me.
pickGerry Albritton throws a Christmas party to introduce herself to the neighbourhood, and collapses and dies in the middle of it after some blazing rows in the run-up to the party and at the party itself.
The murder doesn't take place till halfway through the book but really the murders in these books are just an excuse to spend time with Charlie and Diesel and their family and friends, so who cares?
Seriously reminding me of when Miss Bitty was a kitten demon. She is not appreciating having her youthful peccadilloes recalled and laughed at.
pickGood, dependable Charlie Harris and Diesel book. The two get involved in solving the Christmas time murder of a neighbor no one, including Charlie, likes. I saw one plot development coming from miles away, but it didn‘t hurt the story. #audiowalk
