I really liked this! It was fun, cute, and I liked the main character. Glad I snagged this one when I saw my library had it.
Book, coffee, couch. Cosy Saturday mornings like this feel pretty perfect.

Very excellent #libraryloot #bookhaul today:
Two Can Keep a Secret, Karen M. McManus;
Mammoth, Jill Baguchinsky; and
The Boneless Mercies, April Genevieve Tucholke.
I can't decide which one to read first!

I didn‘t expect to enjoy this #YA novel as much as I did but Baguchinsky is able to confront weight stigma while telling a teenage tale in a wonderful way.

I don‘t trust the Roomba on it‘s own yet (we just got it as a wedding gift and have only used it once!) so I followed it around tonight while I finished my book 🤣 This one was between a pick and a so-so for me. I loved the evolution of Natalie‘s character throughout this book. The story was light and entertaining. However, many things happened that I felt weren‘t realistic so it was hard for me to be all in. Still an enjoyable read!!
This is an ARC edition so it is an uncorrected proof, but I REALLY hope someone caught this before it was printed for sale!! Anyone else get bothered by YOUR vs YOU‘RE ?!?!
Mammoth was good. Natalie had some major character growth which I loved. Not sure the wee bit of romance was necessary, but it was nice to see Natalie going from faking her confidence, to actually believing in herself.
A solid YA.
I am SO excited that 1) I got my first #arc and 2) it is this one! It sounds so good and I can‘t wait to start it! 😁#earlyreviewer
Got Mammoth in the mail yesterday. Starting it now.
I already know I am going to like it.
I AM SO EXCITED TO WIN AN EARLY REVIEWERS COPY FROM LIBRARY THING!!! I have been entering since May and it is my first win!! I am so excited to receive and read this one 🦕🦖
I received this book for free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
Overall, this was a unique young adult novel full of paleontology fun, a dash of funky fashion, and a sprinkle of romance.
