Doesn't every girl dream of getting . . . something from Tiffany's? On 5th Avenue in New York City, two very different men are shopping for gifts for the women they love. Gary is buying his girlfriend Rachel a charm bracelet. Partly to thank her for paying for their holiday-of-a-lifetime to New York. But mainly because he's left his shopping far too late. Whereas Ethan's looking for something a little more special - an engagement ring for the first woman to have made him happy since he lost the love of his life. But when the two men's shopping bags get confused, and Rachel somehow ends up with Ethan's ring, the couples' lives become intertwined. As Ethan tries to reunite the ring with the woman it was actually intended for, he discovers this isn't that easy. Does fate have other ideas for the couples? Or is there simply a bit of Tiffany's magic in the air . . .

Two men shopping on Christmas Eve at the famous Tiffany‘s in NYC have a mix up with their bags. One bag contained a charm bracelet and one a very expensive engagement ring. Basically, this is a story about best laid plans, and how the universe can have a very different plan for you. I wanted to like this more than I did. It was okay, but repetitive, and the 4 major characters were all not so great. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe the adaptation is better?

NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER
I bailed at 25% It was giving me anxiety watching him flail. I watched the movie adaptation instead and it was much better with the changes they made

I really enjoyed this book, however, there was just something missing for me. I did like that it wasn't your typical, nicely wrapped up story. The ending kind of left it up to the promise of more. It felt real for the most part, it was the storyline that made it seem a bit unbelievable, but everything else was relatable and touching. I'm quite curious about other books from this author now.

This is such a slow start but once you reach the middle it‘s actually really enjoyable and not slow anymore I just wanted to find what would happen and it lead to a Plot Twist!! Near the end.

The ending isn‘t what you expect...a nice little novel about a mix up of jewelry, including an engagement ring.

Congratulations @Tiffy_Reads on your amazing Litfluence!!!

1. Favorite thing about Litsy is the equal opportunity — you don‘t have to be a celebrity or have zillions of followers to be active. I‘ve never felt like such a full participant on a social media platform before.

2. Mycroft Holmes by Kareem Abdul Jabbar

It was a cute story and I truly liked the ending but the lack of communication and constant twist of the plot was almost painful for me to read.

Just finished this and it was pretty decent. Can‘t say this was amazing but it was pretty entertaining. I feel like it could have been shorter if there wasn‘t such poor communication between characters.

TommieMarie74 I‘m reading this right now and so far I‘m underwhelmed. I was hoping it would get better as I got further along in the story. 😕 7y

I'm really not a fan of chic-lits. This was too predictable and the characters are not very likable, they're either too good or too bad, never the right balance. I really got bored with this one.
