pickThird book in the series and my least favorite. The story is still compelling, the characters are still worth rooting for, but this seemed to drag the story out perhaps unnecessarily. pickDevoured this in one night, just like last time. Still not a fan of the endless parade of POVs — I found myself feverishly turning the page, not necessarily because I wanted to know what happened next, but because I was waiting for either Connor or Risa‘s chapters. But I found I could hold on to the plot better this time. Really enjoyed seeing Cam‘s growth & getting to know the Arapache nation. Can‘t believe we‘re already to the end 😭😭😭. ★★★★☆.

I honestly think this is my favorite Unwind book so far. One more to go!
so-soJust finished this and the story continues to get more interesting. I must say that the solution to unwinding, is a good thing, and I have suspicions as to why no one wants to use it.
Just picked up book 3 from the library and ready to carry on with the rest of the series.

so-soThe beginning was great, and the end was SUPER fun. I loved Connor & Risa's reunion, I loved the set up for the next book. But the middle lagged, & the revolving door of POVs didn't help. I got annoyed at frequently being pulled in the perspective of minute background characters. I get the purpose, but I still didn't like it. However, if the ending is anything to go on, the finale of this series is guaranteed to be a scorcher!! Can't wait. ★★★☆☆.
