Bedtime reading on the Seine. Good-night.
We got a new rescue pup! This is Tulip, we've had her for a week now and she is just the sweetest girl🌷💕
It's definitely been an adjustment going from one dog to two but they're getting along so well I can't complain!
I wasn't quite sure about reading this biography; first of all, I'm not a big fan of biographies. I'd also read reviews commenting on the author's use of graphic detail when it comes to describing his dog's bathroom habits and sexual exploits. Some of the sections, though, made me laugh. And it's always nice to read about an unconventional dog; makes me think of my eccentric dog. 🌟 🌟 🌟
#amsterdam takes me to tulips! Haven't read this but know there's a lot of love for #nyrb editions on Litsy! #wanderingjune @Cinfhen @BarbaraBB
All the books about dogs or cats that I‘ve read so far made me cry at the end, but this book is an exception. Tulip and the author had an excellent bonding; I‘d say that she was the master in the relationship 😆
Dog lovers will really appreciate this book, they‘d see themselves in direct relationship with Tulip 😘
NYRB Classics Reading Society - meeting no.4
We read My Dog Tulip this month, a light literature for this wonderful season. We all agreed that this book makes an excellent Christmas present 😄
This is for @sisilia : I saw on Goodreads that you want to read this book. I haven‘t read it but the animated movie is lovely. https://youtu.be/b-CEDsZstdI
