Very short read for a classic novel (pleasantly surprising). Felt like a short story, but to the point. I would have liked for it to be longer to allow for some more character development.

What an interesting story. Not at all what I expected. A quick listen with not much of a plot, but it still moved forward and the characters developed. I loved the flow of the story and the smooth language just seemed to glide, however, the story itself was not super exciting. I did appreciate it just being a plain story of love and redemption and overall enjoyed it. #librofm #audiobook

Reading this after seeing the 2013 film is probably the wrong thing to do...I couldn‘t help but picture scenes from the film as it closely follows the plot. But this is an exceptional story and a quick and easy read.

Scored big at Goodwill today! All of the top left picture are on my TBR already. I've read most of the Pretty Little Liars books a while back. And the Middle School & Riordan books are birthday presents for my twins! Super stoked.

But if I wind up dead, my husband murdered me because I'm not supposed to be buying anymore books. 🤣🤣
