I found this book motivational and especially loved how it focused on mind as well as physical strength. Her premise is that they work together. Enjoyed my first day of #bookfitnesschallenge round 2. I love the tagged book, but it‘s been years since I looked at it; I‘ll have to pull it out again.

#bfcr2 results
Walking = 3.25 miles
Weights = one 30 minute session
Eating = good amount of veggies; no junk
Audiobooks = 1 finished; 1 continued
Physical books = read East of Eden for #eoc buddy read.
