I spent all day cleaning my closet and putting new bedding and curtains in my bedroom. Now I‘m settling down and I‘m going to try to finish this — my vacation interrupted my reading of it for the #eoe buddy read. I‘ve got about 100 pages left, if that.

Eating = good — lots of veggies and healthy protein

A Woman's Book of Strength | Karen Andes

I found this book motivational and especially loved how it focused on mind as well as physical strength. Her premise is that they work together.
