My Bookly app keeps crashing on me. I have reinstalled the app a number of times, I have shut off and restarted my iPhone and I have checked my storage on my iPhone and I have room. I keep getting no response from them on Twitter and I‘m frustrated. What should I do?

Riveted_Reader_Melissa I don‘t use Bookly, but when I had that trouble with another app, I had to delete it and then reinstall it on my phone. (edited) 4y

melissajayne @Riveted_Reader_Melissa I did that at least twice and it still was crashing on me. Now it seems to be working properly 4y

melissajayne @Riveted_Reader_Melissa the developers sent me a Facebook Message and said that they are working on a new update and it seemed to affected a bunch of users. 4y
