This was the best of the series so far. It wraps the first storyline in a shocking and dramatic manner. I actually gasped at a few points in the book. This is a historical fiction manga based on Viking history. Perfect timing for the start of #letsgetgraphic week!

I love this series. It‘s a fascinating historical period, full of violence and political machinations. The characters are complex and the storylines are riveting. The entire saga is just so much fun to read.

Oh…and that completes my Goodreads challenge for the year. 🥳🥳

Epic tale set during the age of Vikings. Interesting exploration of Norse beliefs and culture, set against early Christianity, written by a Japanese author. Epic battle art.
