Beaches I have visited countless times over the years, paired with a book I have read for each setting.

This book was a lovely read and I thoroughly enjoyed it BUT...I felt like it ended in the middle of the story and should have had at least a third more chapters than it did. I wish there was a sequel.

Yay! I have a busy weekend with a wedding down the shore and leaving for Ireland with the hubs. I should be packing. Lucy and I would rather chill and read instead! #readinginstead #ishoildbepaxjing

Slightly predictable, but I really enjoyed this one.

Doing some errands today and drove by a #LittleFreeLibrary I hadn't seen before. Had to scoot around the block so I could stop and donate. Found a new book too! Isn't it a charming little library?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A little predictable, but, because I love Italian culture, this book was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly entertaining read, especially because of the recipes thrown in to the story.

Finally, a few minutes to myself. Hoping I can finish this one soon.

I tried. I failed. I haven't even turned this on today. Yet it's sitting on my favourite chair taunting me and begging me to sit down for 5 minutes and read.

Alas, life happens when you're in renovation hell. I have two bathrooms and a bedroom to renovate before the snow flies in winter. I have to get as much done as I possibly can in the next few weeks.

Is there such a thing as "readers guilt"?? If so, I'm feeling it.

I now take pause from reading to honour a national icon, The Tragically Hip. Thank you, Gord. Canada loves you.
