2 - Hocus Pocus! Probably won't finish part two until after Halloween. Part one (a novelization of the original movie) was Spooktacular 🧹🧹🧹🎬📚💫!

I have not read many novelizations, yet this is the best written one that I have come across.

Novelizations can seem impersonal. Events of the story more reported...told instead of shown. Even my Batman Begins book felt this way in some parts.

A.W. Jantha did an exquisite job taking Hocus Pocus from movie to book. Beautifully written and given respect on the page. There is true feeling weaved into the storyline all the way through.

Read while enjoying an Empanada 🥟 💝. Been meaning to snap a photo of my mama's pumpkin Empanadas every weekend...they usually vanish before I get a chance 😋😂💝. We didn't make apple this year, only pumpkin.

Been meaning to read this for every Halloween since I purchased this book!

It has been a few years since adding this book to my library 😂.

I always run across it in November and say, “Oops, I guess next year.“

One of my favorite movies 🎬📚💝...this is the year I discover if the novelization and sequel are just as good 🤞😉💝.

When is this being made into a movie??? I loved it. I've always been a massive Hocus Pocus fan. I always wanted to be Sarah but I fear in age I have become Winifred. The sequel take us back to Salem and we meet Allison and Max' daughter. I love seeing the continuation of the movie. I just hope that if they do make it into a movie that they only use the original cast. It wouldn't be the same without them.
