pickThis is a low pick. Might change to a so-so.
It‘s basically a white American moves to Brazil for a year with her husband and is very insecure and doesn‘t know what to do with herself. From context clues it‘s set over 2003/2004. I had trouble connecting to Linda. The way the story is told, it‘s Linda writing a letter to her husband. So she refers to him as “you” the whole time.
I liked the descriptions of Brazil and what was described though👇🏻
This book is really weird and I‘m not sure how I feel about it. But this is just ridiculous!
