Not my very favorite Jeffers book, but still a fun one. Kids will find it funny, and you‘ve got to love a book that encourages a love of reading. And discourages eating books. 😂

#PrinceOfJuly Day 23: This boy, Henry, is #Insatiable for books! Before long, though, he got so high from eating all these books that he began eating three or four at a time – he wasn‘t really fussy, anything would do, as he “wanted to know it all.” And what happens, dear friends, when you overeat? You get sick, of course! Full review here: https://wp.me/pDlzr-4rx
Today‘s library score - I think we chose some good ones!

The Incredible Book Eating Boy by Oliver Jeffers. Genre: F, Award: Boston Merit Award, TS: RA,S, AS, IR, GR, PR. This book is about a book eating boy that becomes smarter with the more books he eats. But he realizes he likes something way more... This would be a great read aloud and also encourages reading because, like one of our articles stated, the character in the book enjoys books. #UCFLAE3414SP18
Ok. So I tried yo resist it, but I ended up spending my lunch break at the Book Fair today. I found this for my children books collection.
Got the little one some nerdy picture books. Or are they really for mummy? Who knows. 😂
