I honestly wasn't sure if I would like this book and let me tell you, I am now obsessed with this peculiar journey! Onto book 2! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am having so much fun reading this book, tonight my very well turn into an all nighter! *Note the coffee 😂
With the move coming soon and spoilers not far behind I think it's time to crack this peculiar little book open.
Squirrel Girl has become my all time favorite comic and super hero. This comic is for EVERYONE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AND 🌰🌰🌰🌰 (let's call those acorns)
Getting some reading in at the dog park with Brody ❤️
My night is so lit 😂 I can't sleep a wink so I'm trying a book and tea, and yes I see the irony in my book choice 😆
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this book. The illustrations are beautiful, the story is beautiful and it really is just a bound piece of art. I borrowed it from the library but I will definitely be being a copy for my home library!
This book. THIS BOOK! This book had me so nervous and anxious and checking behind my shoulder the whole time I read it, last night, before bed! It was super creepy the build up is deadly. I didn't love the ending but still it was a great story!
Currently listening to The Women in Cabin 10 audiobook, I'm only on chapter 5 but I am loving it so far! The story is great but I've gotta say the audio is done VERY WELL, I wonder if I'd be as excited about it if I was reading it in print? Anyways I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook it very well narrated!
Excited to start this one!
Although not what I expected I really enjoyed this audiobook. It's 80% about the worlds fair so I did crave more about H. H. Home, still an interesting read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Last night I set up a hot bubble bath, brewed some tea, and settled in to finish Finding Audrey. YA for me is either hit or miss and even though when I finished I had mixed feelings, this was definitely a hit! I do wish a little more was given on the "event" but all in all it was a really great story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Audiobooks are the best! Listening while I paint my nails 🤗
Mornings are for coffee and contemplation... and comics!
The trouble is, depression doesn't come with handy symptoms like spots and a temperature, so you don't at first. You keep saying "I'm fine" to people when you're not fine. You think you should be fine. You keep saying to yourself: "Why aren't I fine?" p.25
This is now one of my favorite books! By far the best "library tell all" I've read so far. You will laugh, you will cry, you will cry laughing, run now to your nearest library and check this baby out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I listen to this audiobook narrated by author Amanda Knox. I still have some mixed feelings on her side of the story, but overall it was a detailed, emotional book that I would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hilarious because it's so true!
Trying to stay motivated 2 years+ post op with this book. These two surely aren't any help, lazy butts!
Using my "me time" to finish up this hilarious read.
Italian roast, candles, cigar smoke (via neighbor, quite delightful), desert night breeze and a good book. A+ night!
Been MIA while I was battling summer finals. School is finally out for summer and I can now get back to my books and pool. Here is my celebratory bookstore haul!
Went from fiction to conviction with my audiobook choices. 1 "part" in and already having lots of feelings.
Perfect lazy Sunday.
About to crack open Perfume. Never heard of it until I was doing some research for my BookRiot Read Harder challenge, it's right up my dark and creepy alley!
Fun graphic novel journaling the authors month long trip in France with her mother. Layouts and illustrations/photos are creative and lovely to look at. Be prepared to get major travel bug and a craving for Parisian cafe food!
Finishing up French Milk tonight by candle light! The weather's too good to go inside.
This is such an adorable book about appreciation, responsibility, and the joy and love that come from adoption! Very funny and cute for young readers.
Sometimes you just need a super simple, super silly bedtime read 😋
Just finished the audiobook, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I usually don't do fiction in audio but this was such a great cast and done so well. I'm still in shock, and now I'll have to go through the painful period of waiting for the movie! 👍🏼👍🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On part 7 of 9 in the audiobook! I can't unplug, must. finish. today!!!
I read the first comic book in this series (of 3) and adored it. It's witty and the art is great. As the world knows today is Amazon prime day so they're on sale! Run to your nearest browser now!
"Could you please tell your wife to stop lying to the police about me, pretty low don't you think trying to get me into trouble. Telling police I'm obsessed with her and her ugly brat..." ???
Just recently I've discovered the joys of audiobooks. So far I've only listened to nonfiction b/c the fiction I've tried couldn't keep me focused & I would lose track of the story. Well I LOVE The Girl on the Train. First fiction audiobook to keep me entertained! This might call for an all nighter.
Mornings always start with 1. COFFEE 2. Planning/journaling 3. Plenty of reading options!
Bookseller to bookseller friendships are the best. Time to get cozy and dig into this recommendation!
So far my favorite page, and a great peak into the awesome art, layout, and design of this book.
I read this book in 2 sittings. The story has so many layers and turns, it's hard to put it down once you've begun. Our protagonist has edges but she's so real in development that she's lovable in her own way especially as the story develops and we get the whole picture. Really enjoyed this book!
At 24 y/o I read this books for the first time (this year) for a children's lit. class. Completely tore my heart out. Beautiful, meaningful story, but left me in a messy puddle of emotions. Prepare yourself.
Current "pool read". I love that there's photos along with the cartoons!
Absolutely loved this book. The story is heartbreaking but quite charming and full of dark humor. I enjoyed the infographics that are scattered throughout the book and the ending is very realistic which I also appreciated.
Intro & Chp. 1; chicken guns and fashion. If that's not a way to open a book idk what is.
