so-soMeh! I don‘t think Greek Myths are my thing. I just found myself rolling my eyes when Dionysus said he was born too early so his dad sewed him into his thigh! I hate all the sexism (which I know this author addresses really well but it just wound me up!). So sad and tragic. Yeah, I‘m done with the Greek Myths now I think.

mrsmarch I haven‘t read this, but it‘s on my to-read, and speaking as a Classics major in college, just to be fair to Dionysus, you should _always_ roll your eyes at whatever he says, because he is as dumb as a fruit bat. And that‘s speaking poorly of fruit bats, for which I apologize to the fruit-bat kingdom. (edited) 2y
