This trilogy was such a joy- one of those series where you can see the author really grow into a fantastic writer over the course of the books.

Late again posting my results for this weekends #24B4Monday #readathon Pretty happy with my hours and finishing two books as well, one print one audio. Bk3 in The Salvagers trilogy did not disappoint, I love when an author mashes together magic & SciFi. It reminds me a lot of Anne McCaffreys worlds, especially her Crystal Singer trilogy, both worlds are run with arcane crystal energies. Highly recommend both series. Thanks again to our hosts!
A few more chapters of this before I call it a night on my #24B4Monday #readathon I‘m in the last stretch of this book, my reading‘s been pretty slow today, it‘s not been the best health day, and this also includes a few hrs of audiobooking Midnight Sun (yes I know it‘s trashy). Not sure how many hours I‘ll get in tomorrow, there‘s a lot of house & garden work to do but I‘ll try to get in some more audio while I‘m busy. How‘s your Saturday?
It‘s 6pm Friday here and I‘ve managed almost 7hrs of reading time so far in my #24B4Monday #Readathon So far the 3rd in the Salvagers series doesn‘t disappoint, the blend of science and magic is brilliant. I‘ve only seen it done well before in Space Unicorn Blues(go look that one up for a strange SciFi trip!) How‘s everyone else travelling so far?
It‘s past midnight here so I‘m kicking off September‘s #24B4Monday #Readathon with a few chapters of the 3rd book in the Salvagers series before I crash into bed. This SciFi series is one of the best I‘ve read in awhile, the crew of the Capricious are such fun to read. Set in a universe where magic & science run alongside each other, they‘re on the hunt to track down a doomsday cult before they end the universe. How are you starting the ‘thon?
Book 3 has arrived. 🚀
