This series has the best covers! This is our current read aloud, that is whenever my daughter is willing to listen to a chapter. We‘ve really enjoyed the others and are anxiously awaiting the movie to be made and released!
School prep has commenced and is cutting into my reading time. 😩😩😩 First world problem - I know I shouldn‘t complain.

I‘m excited because the girls and I are about to start a readaloud of THE VANDERBEEKERS LOST AND FOUND. We all love this series so much! Maybe it‘s because I am one of five kids, so I can relate, even though I‘m consistently appalled by the things that the kids do without telling their parents. 😳 But, naturally, my kids think it‘s amazing that the Vanderbeekers can pull off these things without any adult help. 😂

pickJust wonderful. This is funny and touching and poignant. The Vanderbeekers are doing better - well the money situation is anyway, but Mr Jeet is still not getting better and there‘s someone sleeping in the shed in the community garden. A great book for kids that also has some lessons for life.
