Pickpick

Mark Wunderlickch was my college poetry professor. I think I took 4 or 5 of his classes. Spent hours in his office talking. He taught me a lot about reading and writing. Also how to darn socks and which games in Vegas have the best and worst odds. I learn new things about him every time I read one of his books. Of course this is true of any poet, but I notice it so much more with someone I knew once.

MemoirsForMe What a wonderful professor! 🙌🏻 2y

Mark was my poetry professor in college. I didn‘t realize he had a new collection out. I‘m excited to read it!

TheSpineView That's exciting! 2y

Pickpick

It felt like cheating, or being defiant, to read the last of this collection of poems dealing with death and loss next to my sleeping son who breathed deeply and audibly.
